Antonella Girone is a professional consultant in Performance Marketing and e-commerce, with over 15 years of experience, having worked in agencies, SMEs and multinationals, with specific specialization in the luxury, beauty, fashion and sportswear sectors. In her latest role as Head of Group Performance Marketing, she managed the growth of online strategies for all Oberalp Group brands, having overseen the launch and growth of the Salewa brand and its e-commerce in her previous role as International e-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager. She continues to provide strategic digital support for the Oberalp Group's LaMunt brand. The beginning of her career was marked by the world of below-the-line fashion communications and marketing, and then developed, since 2007, into the digital world with a focus on e-commerce and marketplace. She experience as an international e-commerce and digital marketing consultant, during her time spent abroad for agencies, allowed her to improve her know-how in omnichannel strategy and the development of single and multi-brand online retail strategies. Now she is back on track with her own strategic consulting project "dwayofthinking.com" and recently decided to collaborate with Convertix for the Italian market on the SEO/SEA side.
